About Khalid Mostofa Shuvo

Educator. IT Specialist. Lifelong seeker of wisdom.

Khalid Mostofa Shuvo is an IT specialist and an educator with a philosophical approach, and the founder of Income Varsity, a freelancing training institute in Chatmohar, Pabna, Bangladesh.

From banks and ministries to a village classroom

Khalid began with a degree in Computer Science and went on to an MBA in Human Resource Management. His early career took him through a bank and a first-class government post in the Ministry of Finance, before he moved into university teaching, where he spent more than twelve years, from lecturer to assistant professor.

More than once he stepped away from a secure position to follow a different path. First he left government service. Later he left the university, and he came back to the countryside to build Income Varsity in Chatmohar, Pabna, in 2020. The mission was simple: learn, and earn from what you learn.

Today the institute teaches graphics design, digital marketing, SEO, web design, video editing and AI content creation, online and offline, and helps students and professionals turn their skills into income.

How I think

I look at a subject from several angles before I form a view of my own, and I try to teach in the same way: not just what to do, but how to see.

My work is grounded in spirituality. I believe the right knowledge, applied in the right place, can change a person and, over time, a region. The land, the water and the people are already there. What we need is training, and the habit of putting knowledge to work.

Income Varsity is a small beginning of that belief. Anything large starts small.

Beyond teaching

I am the CEO of M/S Khalid Enterprise and the CTO and Co-Founder of Cyber NexGen Ai. I advise KPC Industries, teach as a guest faculty member at private universities, and run courses on Udemy and SkillShare.

I also advise organizations that want to leave paper behind: building their websites and social media, growing their audience and customers, and running ads and content, so that a brick-and-mortar business can work fully digitally.
